This page enables access to a NASA custom algorithm, which can divide a DNA target sequence into optimal oligonucleotides for self-assembly. The output file can be used for in vitro gene assembly. This is a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) sponsored joint project with University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for NanoTechnology .
Please enter your email address and type, or paste DNA sequence (up to 10kb in length) for analysis.
Note: The DNA assembly algorithm actively evaluates the coding potential of each input DNA sequence for pathogen-specific content. Pathogen-specific code will not be assembled.
